Haller Real Estate Advisors, LLC is owned by Mark C. Haller, MAI, SRA. Mark has over 20 years of experience and is actively involved in the valuation of real estate for national, regional and community banks, real estate brokers, buyers and sellers, State and Federal agencies, municipalities, utility companies, engineering firms, legal professionals/attorneys, accountants, and other client types.  Mark has also been involved in numerous right of way projects and has served as an expert witness in multiple counties throughout the State of Alabama.

Mark has achieved the Appraisal Institute’s MAI & SRA membership designations and has been actively involved in the Alabama Chapter of the Appraisal Institute serving as a Board Member for three years, Secretary, Treasurer, Vice President and President.  

Mark has been appointed by Governor Kay Ivey to serve on the Alabama Real Estate Appraiser Board representing the 4th Congressional District. Mark is also a member of the International Right of Way Association and is an Alabama Licensed Real Estate Broker with experience providing clients with real estate brokerage services. 

Mark resides in Etowah County, Gadsden, Alabama with his wife, Sarah Kathryn and his two daughters, Julia Ann and Kate.
